I phoned in my complaint but they have to investigate and find out why this is going store is going through so many managers why they treat customer so badly everyone who's been there and two of my friends were managers one got promoted from assistant to manager and he went to Hampden boulevard his last word for thank God I'm out of store 329. Then there was a nice lady managing it it actually drove her nuts she had to quit she couldn't stand the store.

At least that's what I heard. It's just a terrible store there's even a petition going around town to ask Turkey Hill to investigate why this store is so ill-mannered and downright disrespectful to customers on a daily basis I'm not just some cook my son's experience and my neighbors people don't even go to Turkey Hill they rather go two miles out of their way to go to redner's to get gas. I just think it's funny how you have everyone say hello when someone comes in and I got totally ignored when I said something to either manager she just treated me like a piece of *** She always looks like she's pissed off at the world never has the proper change half the stuff doesn't work and the store if you look at all the corners looks like *** It's time to reevaluate the store rebuild it something because this dinosaur has been there forever and it's starting to really suck more than it ever did you even close the home heating oil pump you had rather than fix the pump and half of the Town relied on that in the dead of winter and you go and take the pump out not listening to customers complaints or needs. This Turkey Hill is probably one of the worst in your company store 329 go look how many managers you have been through as I said I found this all in talk to someone and you need to investigate go back 10 years 5 years and figure out why you keep going through people talk to some of the people are with your company find out what's going on because it's just getting ridiculous.

I cringe every time I go in there and I don't go in there anymore never again and I've lived here 30 years and when I first moved here up until about 10 years ago was the nicest place to shop not anymore. Also why are you so expensive I know you need to make money it's an inconvenience store but your prices on cat food are like $12 for a 5 lb bag that cost five at Walmart just the only exam I can think of you guys are price gouging but now we have Dollar general and neighbors so we don't really care about Turkey Hill nearly as much. But there is a petition and I'm going to start another one that an investigation goes into this I've already contacted the state the health departments and any business of any governing influence over because all I keep getting is excuses from supervisors in fact 15 years ago when my son worked there the supervisor I believe his name is Bill at the time accused everyone of stealing because they were missing cigarettes and him and I had words and after I talked to the company they found out bill was doing something wrong Bill no longer works for the company or if he does he's a manager now. You people have to realize yes everybody just goes where they go because of convenience but if you don't have any kind of customer service over the long run you're going to lose people.

You do not UCF word out of customer unless they used it first as a new asked him to leave you not scream and yell at someone across the sales floor and a store with customers the embarrassment I felt man Bob legal action I don't know yet but this is ridiculous this store needs to change.

They don't even have trays to put the hot dogs in if you buy a hot dog or something off the roll grill you have no container to put it in you have to hold it in your hand I think the man is just cheaping out and trying to keep her bonuses by cutting down and store maintenance and supplies I don't know by the way I did work in retail for 40 years for redner's markets at their convenience stores so if anybody knows he's talking about it's me and I do know this store needs to change. You're in Pennsylvania Dutch country and you got a woman screaming at me in another language not this particular time but it's happened thanks for hearing me out but it's again I already found this in

I worked at Turkey Hill Carey Ave for four months and I loved it. For some reason, the manager, Andrea, didn't like me.

The management was horrible; she did nothing at all. She never gave praise to her workers, only told them what they did wrong. She was supposed to be customer friendly, but not one customer liked her, not one. The store was filthy when I worked there.

I found sugar from 2003 under the cupboards. One time, I was on medication and asked to take a break (I don't smoke so I don't usually get breaks). She would not let me, so I walked out because I was sick. She took her 20 cigarette breaks.

They go through so many employees. The management was terrible. I reached out to corporate and nothing was done because she is best friends with Holly and Mitch, and they cover up for her. I was a great worker and customers loved me.

I am very outgoing. My advice is to go to Sheetz until new management takes over at Turkey Hill on Carey Ave, Wilkes-Barre.

The management was horrible, she did nothing and treated her employees like garbage and corporate let it slide. She is not customer friendly at all.

I recently read a very poor review of this store and feel the need to defend it. I have never seen the bathroom here in bad condition.

Melissa and Trent, with whom I deal frequently, are friendly, polite, efficient, funny, and helpful. They ask about my new grandson, know my cigarettes, and even asked about my foot when I hurt it. Kudos on everything, but you should give raises for customer service! The manager (whose name escapes me right now) is also all of these things.

There's a young man who usually works with Trent in the evenings is another excellent employee for your company.
